VocabAI Trainer is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account. We do not sell your data. We do not track you across apps or websites.
All your study progress, vocabulary mastery levels, streaks, points, quiz history, and daily activity are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently deleted.
When you request an AI explanation for a vocabulary word, the word you selected is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude AI model) to generate a response. No personal information, account details, or identifying data is included in this request — only the word itself.
We do not store, retain, or log any data sent to or received from Anthropic's API. The request is made in real time and the response is displayed directly in the app.

In-app purchases (Points Packs) are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information.

VocabAI Trainer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
